Husqvarna 575XP and 570: Discontinued — What to Buy Instead
Two professional saws from the XP line. Both retired, and the 572XP that replaced them is a dealer product, not an Amazon one.

The 575XP and its 570 sibling were professional-class Husqvarna saws in the 70cc range — the size used for felling, milling and serious firewood work rather than pruning.
Both are discontinued. Husqvarna replaced them with the 572XP, which is the direct successor and a genuinely better saw: more power for the weight, better air filtration and the AutoTune system that adjusts the carburettor for altitude and fuel.
Where to buy the 572XP
Not from Amazon. Professional Husqvarna saws are sold through servicing dealers, and that is deliberate on Husqvarna’s part — these are saws that need setting up, and the dealer relationship is how warranty and parts work.
If you want a 572XP, find a Husqvarna dealer. That is the honest answer and searching harder will not change it.
What Amazon does sell
The consumer and mid-range saws, including the Rancher line. The Husqvarna 460 Rancher, linked below, is a 60.3cc saw with a 24 in bar — a big saw by homeowner standards and a step below the XP range in build.
For firewood, storm clean-up and general property work, that is enough saw for most people. For daily felling or milling, it is not, and the XP range exists for a reason.
If you own a 575XP
Keep it running. These are rebuildable saws with parts support, and a professional saw that has been looked after is worth more than a new consumer one.
Two habits matter most: clean the air filter far more often than seems necessary, because a blocked filter runs the engine rich and carbons it up; and use fresh fuel with the right two-stroke mix, because stale ethanol-blended petrol is what kills more saws than work does.
If you mill with it, be aware that milling is the hardest duty a chainsaw sees — full throttle, continuous, in dust. Ripping chain, frequent filter cleaning and generous bar oil are not optional.
